Well today was Sunday, my day off work-outs so I can just evaluate diet.
6/10- I slept till 11:30 so I had my breakfast when I woke up, my regular snack at 3pm, I also had a handful of chips while dinner was cooking. Dinner consisted of my set portion of chicken, 2 ribs and a vegetable. I should have had my spinach salad as well. As I am feeling pretty hungry as I am writing this.
Well off to bed to start the week. I'm glad that it is Monday tomorrow as my babysitters (the grandparents) come in the morning so I can hit the gym.
